Al is back with his biggest and best book yet, revisiting and updating classic New Zealand heartland meals and bringing stories from around New Zealand. Join us for a decadent three-course lunch as Al chats about the new book, our amazing local ingredients, and his cooking adventures. Make sure you get Al to sign your copy!

Tickets include a three-course lunch and glass of wine, with books available to purchase at a discounted rate. Tickets available from Black Barn website.

Al Brown is an iconic New Zealand chef, much loved for his restaurant Depot, his Best Ugly bagel shops, his best-selling books Go Fish and Stoked and his groundbreaking approach to New Zealand food. He's a leader and a cheerleader for New Zealand produce and cooking.
