Graeme James Wish You Well Tour
Wellington artist Graeme James is back with his raucous, foot-stomping new single Wish You Well.
A timely tune about saying farewell to a friend off to travel the world, Wish You Well has become a very personal and fitting song for Graeme, as he prepares to relocate to Europe for adventures of his own with wife Zoe in mid-2018.
Graeme is proud to announce a huge New Zealand tour before he moves overseas, playing shows in some of his favourite spots around the country to say goodbye to the local fans who have been instrumental in his success so far.
Relocating to Europe to make the most of the opportunities presented by his recent signing to indie record label Nettwerk, this could be New Zealand’s last chance to catch Graeme’s captivating one-man-band show this October and November.
Wish You Well is Graeme’s second single with Nettwerk, and follows a steady stream of successes in the last 12 months. With over 7 million streams on the service Spotify, Graeme James is one of New Zealand’s most listened to indie artists. His debut original album 'News From Nowhere' which came out in September 2016 was met with great acclaim; reaching number 3 on the NZ Album Charts and featuring as a finalist in The NZ Folk Album of The Year 2017.
Known for his high-energy performance featuring electric violin, guitar, bass, ukulele, mandolin, harmonica, beats and velveteen vocals; this is a show not to be missed. Wish him well on his adventures, by joining him for a night to celebrate and enjoy some old favourites and a sneak peek at some new tracks.
His latest New Zealand tour was completely sold out, so make sure to get in quick!
Please note that tickets will be checked from 7.30 pm, music from 8.30 pm. Tickets are $15 online and $20 on the door.
