Do you have an activity in mind that the Wairoa District Council could focus on to deliver a thriving community? Are you satisfied with how the Wairoa District Council makes decisions? What Council services or facilities have you visited or used in the past year? If you have answers to these questions, then we would really like to hear from you.
The Wairoa District Council is once again running its residents and ratepayer’s satisfaction survey so we can hear feedback on what we do well, and where we can improve.
The survey is based on performance targets set for our many services – through both the Council’s Long-Term and Annual Plan processes.
Wairoa District Council Chief Executive Kitea Tipuna said receiving open and honest feedback is greatly appreciated and plays a critical role in Council being able to deliver the best possible facilities and services for our community.
“Often it can be difficult for people to tell us how they really feel. All the information provided in the survey is confidential and you feedback will help shape the future of Wairoa.
“The survey is designed to take 5-10 minutes to complete and is open to everyone, other than elected or staff members of the Wairoa District Council and their household members.”
Mr Tipuna said historically Council surveys have been by telephone. “This year we have changed our approach by using an online survey and hope to gather even more feedback around how our residents and ratepayers feel about our performance and the way we deliver our many services and activities.
To take the survey please go to https://feedback.askyourteam.com/AhIfPci.
The survey is live until Wednesday 29th June 2022. We look forward to hearing from you.
