Paddy Gower is a celebrated news journalist, former political editor, television presenter, radio broadcaster and documentary maker. He is also now an author, releasing his biography This Is The F#$%ing News: My Story. He has recently completed a speaking tour around Aotearoa, from Stewart Island to Waitangi. Paddy describes himself as a journalist that is focused on positive news and solutions. He produces positive news for Stuff called TFN (The F#$%ing News) and his award-winning television current affairs series Paddy Gower Has Issues will return in 2025.

Alexa Cooke is an award-winning journalist and presenter with a diverse career spanning RNZ, BBC Radio Bristol, and Newshub, where she was named News Journalist of the Year at the 2024 Voyager Media Awards. With a global reporting portfolio that includes covering the King’s coronation and Japan’s population crisis, Alexa returned to Central Hawke’s Bay in mid-2024 as RNZ's Hawke’s Bay Tairawhiti Regional Reporter. She is also a fill-in presenter for Morning Report on RNZ National. Outside of work, Alexa enjoys farm life, sailing, swimming, and cooking.
