Dangerous, Affected and Insanitary Building Policy 2024

Consultation Notice: Dangerous, Affected and Insanitary Building Policy 2024

Council is reviewing its Dangerous, Affected and Insanitary Buildings Policy. The Policy outlines the process for identifying buildings that pose a public safety or Health risk and what action will be taken.

We’ve proposed a minor change to our policy which we need to gather feedback on. The Policy review includes minor editorial improvements that have been made in the draft policy.
