The Chapel Choir of Christ's College, Cambridge, U.K.

The Chapel Choir of Christ

This university choir is recognised as one of Cambridge's finest mixed-voice ensembles. The choristers - students at the university - sing services twice weekly during university terms and also perform in concerts, festivals and for other special occasions throughout the year. Recent reviews of their recordings and concerts praise the choir's beautiful sound, precision and choral expertise. Their repertoire includes sacred and secular music from the 15th century to the present; recent concerts have included works by Mozart, Bach, Scarlatti and Handel, Howells, Britten, Faure and Parry, and several contemporary composers. Entry is $35 for adults, $25 for students, payable (Cash Only) at the door, and includes light refreshments after the concert. All are welcome.
