HBRW A Party of Poets

HAVE A POETRY PARTY WITH A PARTY OF POETS!

As part of the National Poetry Day shenanigans Hawke’s Bay Readers and Writers Trust have planned an extravaganza of beautiful minds to entertain Napier like the bards of old.

The audience can make themselves cosy at the Cabana, whilst a cabal of poets entertain, confront, inspire and provoke.

The Bay is of course the centre of the creative universe, so local poets are joining with national bards to welcome them into our world. On the list is:

Catherine Robertson (MC)
Neill Gordon
Annabelle Pearson
Lee Murray
Catherine (again)
Ricky Day
Matariki Bennett
Dominic Hoey

This will be a night to be cherished. Sit back, relax in one of the Bay’s warmest, most welcoming environments and let the poets transport you.

A Party of Poets is a ticketed event brought to our community by Hawke’s Bay Readers and Writers Trust. Tickets are a mere $5 on Eventfinda. Door sales (cash and Eftpos) will be available.
